Easter Hoppyness…
We have an ironstone jelly mold from the 1930’s. It is a beautiful Grimwades piece. It usually just sits on our side table looking cute and unassuming. We thought with Easter fast approaching we would do a little experiment and see what would happen if we tried to make a jelly centerpiece .
This is the end result, now I will show you how we got there.
I decided to put her on the dining room table and place straw and sprigs of forsythia around her. Then I added a few small Sophie Conran footed bowls on their sides with chocolate eggs spilling out. I am rather pleased with how it turned out. What are you doing to decorate for Easter this year?
